The Hexagon Letting 3 Stage Eviction Service
Stage 1
Hexagon Letting will prepare the necessary legal notices ie. a Section 8 or Section 21 and issue the demand letter on your tenant by hand or recorded delivery providing a full proof of service.
For a majority of problem tenants this will be enough to get a response and the tenant will leave the property.
Stage 2
If the tenant doesn’t respond to the legal notice Hexagon Lettings will provide all court documents on behalf of the landlord issuing an accelerated possession order, bailiff warrants and money claim if required.
An experienced member of staff will be able to attend and assist the landlord in court or we can arrange for a lawyer.
Stage 3
Once the Possession Order is made in your favour the tenant will need to vacate the premises on the date issued by the judge.
If they refuse to leave, Hexagon Letting will apply for a bailiff warrant.
The court will then arrange a date and time for a bailiff to attend your property and evict the tenant.
