The business is led by our Director, who has over 20 years of experience in the property lettings industry. His career includes working as a Housing Officer for an Essex Borough Council, where he gained extensive knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy management, and local authority procedures. In addition, he is an experienced portfolio landlord and property developer, giving him first-hand insight into the needs and expectations of landlords, tenants, and property investors alike.
This wealth of practical experience has enabled us to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, local authorities, contractors, developers, and other property professionals. These trusted partnerships help us deliver a high standard of service and practical solutions for every client.
Our experienced team is made up of knowledgeable senior professionals who are passionate about the property industry.
